Reservations, Deposits, and Payments

We recommend you reserve your chosen tour as soon as possible. Reservations can quickly and easily be made by calling 505-661-8687 (505-NM1-TOUR). You may also fill out the Tour Application (pdf) and mail it to us with payment. Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment of a deposit of $500 USD or payment of the full amount. Payment may be made by personal check, travelers check, or money order. We cannot process credit cards. Any remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the tour departure date. A complete tour packet is sent once full payment has been received. All tour prices are based on double occupancy hotel rooms unless stated otherwise.

Single Occupancy Supplement

On most tours, a single occupancy hotel room is available upon request. A supplemental fee of $500 is added to the regular tour price. Please request a single occupancy room when you make your reservation if you desire this service.

Late Bookings

Reservations made within 60 days of the tour date will require 72 hours for confirmation, full payment at the time of reservation and will be assessed a late booking fee of $50.

Cancellations and Refunds

At the time we receive written notice that you need to cancel your reservation, the following fees will apply per person. An email message sent to tour@enchantedlands.com is also considered written notification. Please note: Your reservation will automatically be considered cancelled if full payment has not been received by 90 days before the tour date.

Enchanted Lands Enterprise reserves the right to cancel any tour with less than six registered participants, provided the participants are notified of cancellation not less than 30 days prior to that tour's departure date. You may transfer to another tour or receive a full refund.

Trip Insurance

We strongly recommend trip insurance. Tour members have the option of purchasing trip insurance through our association with CSA Travel Protection or through other third parties.

• A group "farewell" dinner
• Energizing and nutritional snacks
• Support van and services
• Services of ELE Inc. trip leader(s)

• Pre-tour packets

Individual tours may include other items. Please consult the descriptions of the individual tours for details.

Note: Prices posted on this website do not include New Mexico CRS Tax. This tax will be added onto the price at time of purchase.

Bicycles and Helmets

We recommend you bring the bicycle that you are accustomed to using for longer rides. Wearing of a helmet is required while bicycling.
